Blue Truffle Tempeh

Ingredients

1 8 ounce package of tempeh, cut into 1/2 inch cubes

1 tablespoon of nutritional yeast

2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar

2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

1 teaspoon of Blue Truffle truffle oil

5-6 cloves of crushed garlic

1/2 teaspoon of Blue Truffle truffle salt

1/2 teaspoon of course ground black pepper

Preparation Instructions

Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees Farenheit

In a bowl, toss tempeh, vinegar, olive oil, and garlic.

Store in refrigerator for at least one hour (up to 24 hours preferred)

Add nutritional yeast and stir just before baking

Place on shallow baking dish and bake until tempeh are brown (about 30 minutes).

Drizzle truffle oil over baked tempeh.

Season with salt and pepper and serve while hot.
