Ingredients:

Mushrooms (Agaricus Bisporus), Porcini mushrooms (Boletus Edulis and relative group) 40% corn oil, truffle (Tuber Borchii) 5%, salt, garlic, flavourings.

Recommended Uses:

Appetizers

Spread on bread (e.g., fresh Italian or French bread), crostini (toasted slices of Italian bread), celery, or deviled eggs.

Eggs

Excellent topping for poached eggs.

Whisk together eggs, sals bianca, soft cheese (ricotta or mozzerella), salt and pepper for gourmet omelettes or scrambled egges.

Cheese Plate

Serve with either hard or soft cheese for the perfect cheese platter.

Sauce

Use either plain or mix with grated parmesan, pecorino romano, or other hard cheese as a sauce for rice, pasta, vegetables, meat or veggie burgers, fish or chicken.
