Pasta with Truffle Sauce
Ingredients
1 8.82 ounce (250 gr) package of Blue Truffle Pasta
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoon of grated pecorina romano or parmesan cheese
2.8 oz. (80 gr, one small jar) of Blue Truffle Tartufata (black truffle sauce)
1 teaspoon of Blue Truffle black truffle oil
1/2 teaspoon of course ground black pepper
Preparation Instructions
Bring one quart of water to a boil.
Add pasta and cook to desired tenderness, usually between 6-10 minutes.
Once cooked, partially drain water (retain 2 tablespoons of pasta water)
Add tartufata, grated cheese, pasta water and truffle oil to pasta.
Stir well.
Season with salt and pepper and serve while hot.
