Ingredients
1 egg
2 teaspoons of white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon of Blue Truffle Truffle Honey
1/4 teaspoon of Blue Truffle Truffle Salt
Course ground black pepper
Preparation Instructions
Fill a saucepan with at least one inch of cold water and cook on low heat until a gentle simmer
Place egg in small bowl or cup
Carefully add egg and vinegar
Cook for 3-5 minutes
Lift egg from water with slotted spoon
Season with salt and black pepper
Drizzle Blue Truffle Honey on poached eggs before serving
