Truffle Honey Balsamic Chicken
Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds chicken thighs or breast (skinless and boneless)
4-5 cloves of crushed garlic
2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp. Blue Truffle black truffle honey
1/4 cup diced shallots
1/4 cup diced frying peppers
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp. Blue Truffle truffle salt
Course ground black pepper
Preparation Instructions
Combine balsamic vinegar and truffle honey in a small bowl. Stir well. Mix and coat chicken.
Sauté garlic in olive oil in large (e.g., 10 inch) skillet until brown.
Add shallots and peppers to skillet, stir and cook on medium-low heat until shallots and peppers are soft (approximately 5 minutes)
Add chicken to skillet and cook for approximately 20 minmutes until done.
Transfer to serving dish and season with truffle salt and black pepper.
Serve immediately.
