Truffle Honey Glazed Salmon
Ingredients
2 salmon steaks or 4 salmon fillets
4 cloves of crushed garlic
1 shallot, minced
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp. Blue Truffle honey
1 tsp. of freshly ground coarse black pepper
1 tsp. Blue Truffle truffle salt
Preparation Instructions
Heat the oven or grill to 450 degrees.
Sauté olive oil, crushed garlic and the minced shallot in a small skillet for approximately 10 minutes over medium high heat, stirring frequently.
Add balsamic vinegar and truffle honey to the skillet and stir frequently for apprixmately 8 minutes until a glaze forms.
Coat salmon steaks or fillets with glaze.
Place salmon in an oiled baking pan and bake at 450 degrees for about 15 minutes.
Drizzle truffle oil over baked salmon.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve immediately.
