Truffled Broccoli
Ingredients
1 bunch of broccoli, stems removed, cut into 1 inch pieces
1/4 cup of grated parnesan cheese
1 tablespoon of Blue Truffle white truffle oil
1/4 of extra virgin olive oil
5-6 cloves of crushed garlic
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of course ground black pepper
Preparation Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees Farenheit
In a bowl, toss broccoli, olive oil and garlic.
Bake until broccoli is tender.
Transfer to serving dish and stir in grated parmesan and truffle oil.
Season with salt and pepper and serve while hot.
