Truffled Chicken Thighs
(Chicken Thighs with Truffle Sauce)
Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds chicken thighs (preferably with skin and bones)
2 tbsp. tartufata
4 tbsp. softened butter
5 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp. of grated cheese
Salt
Course ground black pepper
Preparation Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees F.
Mix butter, garlic, and 1 tbsp. of tartuata
Coat chicken with butter mixture. Place both above and under skin (if applicable)
Season chicken with salt and pepper
Bake chicken in oven for approximately 30 minutes until done.
Transfer to serving dish.
Spread remaining tartufata over chicken.
Serve immediately.
