Truffled Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients

4 eggs

1 tablespoon of unsalted butter

1/2 teaspoon of Blue Truffle White Truffle Oil

1/4 teaspoon of Blue Truffle Truffle Salt

Course ground black pepper

Preparation Instructions

Whisk or stir eggs and truffle oil in small bowl

Melt butter in large (e.g., 10 inch) nonstick skillet over medium-low heat

Add eggs to skillet

Slowly stir with plastic spatula for 1-3 minutes

Remove from heat and season with truffle salt and pepper

Serve immediately
