White Truffle Tomato Salad

Ingredients

4-5 tomatoes, sliced

4 cloves of crushed garlic

6-7 ice cubes

1/3 cup balsamic vinegar

2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

1 tbsp. Blue Truffle white truffle oil

1 tsp. of freshly ground coarse black pepper

1 tsp. Blue Truffle truffle salt

Preparation Instructions

Combine all ingredients into a small bowl.

Refrigerate for at least 6 hours.

Serve cold.
